How do you add TortoiseSVN to version 4.0.1?

The only information I can find on the forum applies towards version 3.3

Since TortoiseSVN is so well shell-integrated tool, you're all set to use it from PHPED IDE.
Right click on the files and/or directories in the Workspace window and check Shell submenu:
