Since upgrading to build 4048, I haven't got any function argument tooltips, not for built in functions or my own functions/methods. I have the tooltips on in the code insight preferences, and I've set the delay to about 1 second and to the minimum. I tried turning off tooltips, quiting the preferences page then turning them on again just incase my setting got corrupt somehow and it needed to be re-written, but this didn't help. I got tooltips fine before, with several builds to up 4043.

We got feedback from many people stating that function tooltips are too annoying. So we decided to reimplement the logic.
Right now they appear a) when you start typing function call b) if you press Ctrl+Shift+Space shortcut.

Anyway to make this configurable in the future for those of us that did not think it was annoying.
