Hi,
I downloaded phped 4.0.0, installed it but not used due to many bugs.
Now I would test version 4.0.1 but the trial version has expired (trial period is ended).
Tech support said me that for each version the trial period is resetted, but it doesn't seem so.

Any idea?

Did you uninstall 4.0.0 before installing 4.0.1? It's necessary to.

Now I've uninstalled previous version and the new one works great!

You've a new customer with a team pack, the 4.0.1 is ok (just a bit slow to start debug)! good job guys!

You may want to turn off View->Adaptive GUI and it will start a little faster.

What is this "Adaptive GUI" for? I didn't find it in Help, and Ctrl-F1 doesn't work.

Adaptive GUI makes docking layout adaptive to you needs Smile
In particular it switches the IDE docking layout between two general modes debug and normal.
For example, you probably don't need "Locals" and "Watch" windows while you're not debugging php,
so it turns them off.

Ctrl-F1 doesn't work,

It runs context help for function the curstor is under. For example enter
<?
phpinfo()
?>
put cursor somewhere in phpinfo and press Ctrl-F1, it will bring up php manual for phpinfo() function.

So, both F1 and Ctrl-F1 give the same result when the cursor in inside a php function or reserved word.

Usually, in Windows apps, Ctrl-F1 is reserved for context help, showing the meaning of something in the menus or toolbars.

Never mind Smile I just mentioned Ctrl-F1 because it was the way I intuitively expected to get the meaning of the "Adaptive GUI".
