Modules for php-5.0.5 are available with build 4035 (and higher).
The most recent one on the site is 4039 and it's available to all our customers. So you may want to just re-download it.

You should be able to download it from the same place where you originally downloaded it. But if you're using the evaluation version, I don't think they will release a new version until the first service pack.

You can evaluate with php 5.0.4 or 5.0.3 or whatsoever versions released eariler.
Customers who purchased v4, also purchased all updates to this version. Right now they may request debugger modules for php-4.4.1 and php-5.1.0rc.

As of evaluators, evaluation version is provided without any kind of updates and would never be. Moreover it may not be used for any commercial development. See license.txt.
