Thank you for your reply. and for everyone's benefit, I did receive email from nusphere along with the software so all is well. It seems that their payment processor had an issue with me changing my billing address twice in 10 years. go figure... anyway, Love the software, exactly what I need.

On another note, beware all. phishing is not something limited to ebay or paypal. Legitimate companies like nusphere can be just as easily copied, and with products running from 250 to over 1k, it does not take too many intercepted sales to make it worth a crooks time...
