I am running win xp pro, apache, php 5.02

I ran the command:
>netstat -naop TCP
Proto-----Local Address------Foreign Address------State--------PID
TCP-------0.0.0.0:7869-------0.0.0.0:0------------LISTENING----2292
etc...

I then ran the following command from the command console:
>tasklist

Image name---------PID-----Session Name------Session#-------Mem
DBGLIS~1.EXE-------2292-------Console------------0------------4,644 K

So therefore : DBGLISTENER is listening on 0.0.0.0:7869

I am running apache as a local server

Is this as expected?
If not what should be expected?

0.0.0.0 means that it listens on all IP addresses, including 127.0.0.1 (localhost) and all other local IP addresses should they be opened on an Ethernet adapters or on a modem or any other devices. It's an expected behaviour.
When Apache listens on 80th port, it does the same.
