Need help for using debugger

I am debugging a website now. I could run in the debugger until I need to login into my website. I set some breakpoint in the web pages in the member section which is the section after login, but it never stop. Do you know how to debug pages after the login?

I cannot find debugger.enable_session_cookie=off in php.ini
