Debuger does not start from the first line

I'm using 3rd party Apache Web server with comercial version PHPEd abd DBG. The DBG extension was succesfuly installed on the server but I did not see it activated at the first line of my code as I expected.
BreakPoint on the start specified for listener

a debug session starts only with modification of the script with DebugBreak() .

Please advise.

Debugger should be used with NuSphere PHPED IDE. Whithout that it is useless.
