hi again -

thanks for the reply and i'm glad that most of the problems i've been experiencing have already been addressed. i'm trying to get to the update patch page but i'm getting the error:

WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Msngr: Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error -66

any advice?

If you want to download trial version you can proceed with this url

If you are nusphere customer and want to download commercial version you can do it from the http://www.nusphere.com site. Please wait if you still get error messages. Hopefully, IT will fix the web pretty soon.
