Zend Optimizer?

Ive downloaded the zend optimizer and installed it to the right folder.
when i try to install my php script it just says:
Zend Optimizer not installed, blah blah blah.
is it a guide that can help me..

Isn't Zend Optimizer is supported by Zend company?
