How do I set up PEAR to run in the PHPed tech platform?

did you changed include_path in php.ini that is in phped\php folder ?
Please make sure by running phpinfo()

then edit go-pear.bat , please change
set PHP_BIN=cli\php.exe
to
set PHP_BIN=php-cli.exe

and run go-pear.bat
