Question:

How can I automatically FTP a file when I save the file?

Summary:

Currently, when I save a file, I still have to type Ctrl+Shift+S to upload the file to the server via FTP.

Is there a command or setting that saves the file and automatically FTP the file to the server?

I saw that Dreamweaver MX has this ability... I'm trying to get away from Dreamweaver.

Thank you for reading this post.

Why don't you just press Ctrl+Shift+S to have the file FTPed up ? In this case it's saved too. If you don't like Ctrl+Shift+S, you may assign any other shortcut....

I guess I hadn't noticed that Ctrl+Shift+S saves the file as well.

Usually, I had saved the file first then ran Ctrl+Shift+S.

Thank you.
