I would like to know why there are no New File option for me to create a file without extension. Even when I do a "Save As..." after creating a no-name.php file, it insists in adding .php at the end. I tried to save it as "test", but it saved it as "test.php", even after I select *.* as filetype, and even after I added double quotation around the filename.
