I apologize for asking a somewhat presumptuous question. Can we expect debugging support for PHP 8.5 in the foreseeable future? Our administrator is already migrating everything to version 8.5, and it turns out that I won't be able to debug if that happens.

Short update: we released PhpED v23 with full support for PHP-8.5
