Hello, seems PHP 8.4 is not yet supported? If so, when will it be supported? Thank you.

We have debugger modules for PHP 8.4, as well as for the upcoming version of PhpED. The product is currently in the pre-beta testing phase.

Seems beta testing takes quite a time Smile

Hello,

Same query :

I have servers running Debian 12 Bookworm with Php 8.2, I'd like to upgrade them to Debian 13 Trixie with Php 8.4 (available since last August).
When will Php 8.4 be supported in NuSphere PhpED ?

Gingko.

Hello,
I actually want to update to version 21.0, which would require me to renew my licence.

But before I spend any money on that, I need an approximate release date for php 8.4 support.
Otherwise, it's pointless for me and I would have to (inevitably) switch to another editor.

Please provide us with up-to-date information on the current status. Thanks!

Is PhpED now becoming an abandoned software?

Maybe you should open and release the source code in that case.

I think main developer (possibly the only one) has some serious health issues, and nobody can replace him .. or he went to fight against Ukraine Smile

Nobody answering, I moved to VSCode instead, I suggest everyone does the same or goto PHPStorm if you want to pay for your IDE.

New version released = instabuy.

Thank you for making this one lightweight and functional IDE possible. I.e. PHPStorm is a terribly convoluted overkill mess compared to it.

I am sorry it took this long to release v22. Now it's available and we're focused on php-8.5 changes.

as I know VScode has no way to disable antialiasing in the editor what makes small fonts blured and bad readable, like xdebug has no "set execution point" (before or after current point) feature while debugging.
