I've just bought phpEd prof 2 hours ago and there is no email yet.
No confirmation of the purchase, no key.
How long does it take for the order to be processed?

P.S. Spam folder was the first I've checked, so don't ask.
P.P.S. Bank says they are expecting the merchant to draw the money.

Absolute majority of orders are closed in 1-2h. In general this may take up to 24h on work days and greatly depends on the region where the customer is and on the holidays.
Don't worry. If transaction hasn't been rejected, the order will be closed and you'll see confirmation email right after that.
Please let me know if you're experiencing problems. BTW you can ping sales directly using Contact Us form.

Before we close this, I have to say something:
I am used to get instant confirmation when I am doing a purchase on the web. The lack of any email after I hit the buy button made me worry. I don't trust the web, in the sense that, bad things happens all the time, so I feared my money were lost in a broken transaction. I had that experience once and it took 4 weeks to recover money lost by the corresponding banks.
