Save open files under Windows 10

Hello everyone,
I changed from Windows-7 to Windows-10
and now the PhpEd IDE does not save my open windows list any more.
I open some Windows, then close the IDE.
Next time, I want to contintue with that last open list of files - but IDE does open some other files...

I have no idea, how to solve this.

I installed PhpEd completely new, now everything works fine.
