I upgraded from 12 to 13 today and publishing via Ctrl + Shift + S no longer works.

Right clicking on the file and publishing works (it even lists the Ctrl + Shift + S shortcut there on the menu).

Any ideas?

Is the shortcut still defined in the PhpED settings (IDE shortcuts > Project > Upload File(s))? If yes, is there a warning regarding shortcut duplicates (the shortcut is colored red in the list)?

Yes the shortcut is still set. No there aren't any conflicts.

I even tried changing the shortcut. It still didn't work. I think the publish functionality is broken.

i use it also, but i dont have problems. May be try reset function and re install the phped ?

I can't reinstall in the middle of a work week. I have 20 or 30 customizations configured in NuSphere that I hate to have to rebuild.

hmmm, actually maybe check account setting for the project, I think the problem will be there.
re run settings wizzard, and check if u set that project is remote bla bla ...

if it still fails, can you give me teamviewer ? I do believe its a simple and stupid problem

I did not manually change any settings from 12 to 13. So unless this setting was changed by the installer, this is a bug. I've been using NuSphere since 2006, so I doubt it's "a simple and stupid problem." Right clicking on a file in the Workspace, and selecting Upload File works. This indicates that the publishing settings are configured properly.

Additionally, I'm not comfortable doing a screenshare, but thanks for the offer.

The changelog mentions "Some IDE-wide shortcuts may fail to work while focus is in the editor", so this has probably been fixed in build 13035.

It appears to be fixed in 13035. I installed it and tested it and all looks good.

this is crazy, it suddenly started working again after trying a different key combo and going back to CTRL+SHIFT+S. I'll let you know if it breaks again.
