I recently upgraded to windows 11 and phped 20 (20026). Now I cannot run multiple instances on the same PC (I sometimes like to look at other code in different workspaces and it's easier with 2 instances running. But it won't allow 2 instances. I did see a command switch from a decade ago that I tried and it still doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's the newer version of phped or an issue with windows 11. Any help?
