Use local Apache and debuger

I install WAMP server (UniServer Zero XII).

In PhpEd I pass project settings wizard without errors:





but when I try debug script (F9) I get error:

"Failed to start debug session (timeout)"



Why? How to properly debug on the local Apache server?

Jacek, can you post screenshots of all the wizard pages?
