Just went to try and use some standard code snippets for PHP (in my case a switch statement) and nothing comes up. Further investigation shows the Code Snippets list is empty. Is there a standard list somewhere for PHP?

it sounds like codetemplates.cfg file in %APPDATA%\NuSphere\PhpED\config directory is corrupted. Quit the IDE, then try to remove this file. It will be re-created with default code snippets next time you launch the IDE.
