Everything worked fine last night. Today, PhpED won't open any browser, internal or external, when running or debugging. I see this in the LOG window:

What has happened?

Before that I had this message, which I apperntly fixed using the Project Wizard:

Incompatible version (6.1) of debugger module is detected.
Please replace it with version 7.0 shipped with this product and make sure that phpinfo() reflected the changes.

What would happen overnight while PhpED was closed to cause the debugger version to fail and the browser not opening when running or debugging?
