Support for php-7.3 is under way. I hope it will be released on this week.

Support for php-7.3 is released with v19.1
It shipped with debugger v9.1 that fully supports php 7.3

As always, extra packages including debugger modules that use SSL protocol and additional standalone php packages are available to PRO subscribers.
