"No such file or directory" means it. First check that the file is in the directory you referred in zend_extension=/path/to/phpexpress.so line in your php.ini. Then you have to check file permissions (correct with chmod to 0755), owner (correct to root:root using chown), directory permissions to let non-root user reading the file.
