Actually, I have a whole collection of phpDoc blocs that we use, it would be nice if I enter "/**<enter>" it would give me my list of "phpDoc Templates" to pick from.

Meaning a "New File Template" for your code? PhpED\templates

Meaning Code Snippets? That's in the registry somewhere.
