Subject: Matching ending short tags
It would be good to have the possibility of closing matches of short tags.
For example: <?php if ($blabla):> some text <?php endif;?>
So when there is a large nesting if-blocks or a lot ...

Subject: Code completion and duplicated classes

Having duplicated classes is not helpful for codecompletion. I'd recommend you to hide core/finalClasses directory in the project and refresh Code Explorer.
