I get the same error as you.
If you are able to find the solution then please post it here.

I will remove the DBG from my php.ini if I can't find a solution in a day or 2. Right now php.ini error ...

Hi,

I have followed debugger install instructions from following website
http://www.alfersoft.com.ar/phpeclipse/#Install and so far
had no success in running debugger.

That website fails to me ...
