I just filled in the form again.
There is no indication that the message is sent - it merely redirects to the login page again.

Not sure what to do.
Dump the product, write off the renewal and mo ...

I did but got no reply.
I'm not sure that form is working.
The reset password facility isn't working for me either.

Sorry to post here but cannot log in to get latest version. Upgraded to v.12 late last year.
Credentials keep getting rejected.
The form to reset the password doesn't work (have tried several times) ...
