Also make sure you have IDE > IDE Settings > Show hidden files ticked.
If the files are marked as hidden in Windows and that option is not ticked, the files will not be shown.

My PhpED shows them.
Have you got them listed in the Hide files of Project Properties > Content ?
yes. in this field default value - .gitignore;.cvsignore
but i cant see files likes .param ...
