dmitri is right. When I switch to courier new font, the characters are all displayed correctly.

my phped 5.5 display chinese character in such a strange style like this:

All the chinese text is rotated left by 90!

I'm using PhpED to develop my drupal website, it's a nice tool, but if I open clean URL support in drupal with mod_rewrite on, PhpED SRV local web server will always hit "404 not found" erro ...
