Subject: How to edit php.ini when I don't have root access.
My server is on a reseller server or something. I don't have root access. Is there a way I can manipulate php.ini by putting a second php.ini file in my public_html folder?

Subject: Check your firewall and Skype.
First, thanks to the user that mentioned that skype was using port 443. As soon as I turned off skype the Apache server attempted to start, but ran into my Macaffe firewall.
