Any more details? Windows 7 or 8? IE 11? What happens if you install Windows 7 SP1 on a new VM. Does it work then?

I use PHP to write JSON services. Clients use JavaScript/AJAX to send/receive raw data, thus I don't have the option to use urls with DBGSESSID parameters. DebugBreak has therefore been a life saver. ...
