The Windows-ssl files are indeed not updated by mistake and will be shortly.

Just noticed that all the Linux files are timestamped June 18th, while the Windows files are still May 20th.
I would imagine the dates to be similar. So this would indeed confirm the files in the z ...

Just downloaded the NuSphere-phped-5.8-debugger-ssl.zip again.
Unfortunately for me, the dbg-php-5.2.dll (I am using the Windows x86 version for php 5.2) is still 3.6.11.
