Ok, that's weird. I'll try creating a new FTP account and see what happens (all the ones it's doing it on are ones that were there from before I upgraded to the latest version).

I just installed the latest release (4.6.3 Build 4633) and now when I open up a file and do a "Save As", it defaults to the root directory of that FTP connection rather than the directory of ...
