It's a known issue in build 7021 - debugger settings can't be changed. We'll fix it in 7022.
When comes this fix?

I have update from a older editor release to v7.0.
After this, allways is the script stopped in the first php line. So i have tried to deactivate the option: 'Break on start' in Run&Debug setting ...
