cgi-bin folder does not exist
In userdav.conf, there are "\" instead of"/" :
Alias /perl-bin/ "C:\Program Files\NuSphere\TechPlat\apache\perl-bin/"

I just installed TechPlatform but after reboot, APACHE didn't start and displyed this message :
Failed to start APACHE
"C:\Program Files\NuSphere\TechPlat\apache\apache.exe"
