Subject: Create new "blank" file
What I really miss in phped is the ability to press ctrl+n and enter to create a new empty file. The dialogbox that forces you to choose file-type and the opens a template is quite annoying.

How can I move the toolbars to where I like to have them? I can only switch them on/off and add/remove buttons?
