Just installed the new version and it appears to be uploading .svn directories even though they are specified to be hidden in the project properties.

I also agree with this idea. If I dont have the file in version control I dont really have any easy way of getting it back if I accidentally delete it

When doing a smart sync with a large amount of files it would be useful if on completion of the smart sync it gave a summary of files actually uploaded (overwritten and added)

I second this idea, filezilla does a great job of this. Also would be good if you could set file permissions recursively

Was just thinking, if you could ctrl + right click on the File Bar and have the same effect that would be nice.

That sounds like a great idea, I wonder if it would be possible to handle keys such as $array["blah$var"]
