Nope, it works perfectly fine with Vista Ultimate here. The only thing about that editor resizing is it should be fixed in a Windows update. So make sure you're up to date.

Whatever it doesn't matter. Quotes aren't the issue. The issue is brackets. And if quotes work properly (which they do) and according to you they're more difficult to work out, why aren't brackets ...
