Tried to contact the NuSphere support, but they effectively ignore me as usual.

I forgot to say; Tortoise icons are present in Windows Explorer, and works as usual. They are just missing from PhpED, which is why I think it is a PhpED error.
Edit: Yes, I'm using Windows 7.
