Wombat Sosia theme taken from another IDE and ported to PhpED. This works in 8.1 to 14.0 (both 64 and 32 bit)
Update: Should work for PhpED 13 and 14. It uses their new theme file format. Just downlo ...

regarding v4.5 it will be done in build 4513.
