After running a search and replace on 100 files, it would be very helpful if I could just right click in the search results and choose "Upload this file" or "Upload all files".

Yes. I upgraded to 5.2 and was able to get it to work.

Also, when I open the file in TextPad, it does not have the extra newlines. It only appears in PhpEd for some reason.
