Your working envrionment is set according to where you are running your project.

Personally I recommend Web server (Apache or another) and storing on your local computer (this machine) will be easiest when getting started.

That working environment supports either Apache with PHP or Microsoft IIS with PHP, but again a personal preference is for Apache because I prefer to more accurately emulate the working environment of a live server.

You are using WAMP so that sounds perfect
