You have to use the other form!!!, click on "My Account" link, in the main page, log-in with your customer user, once inside your control panel, in "NuSphere Links" click on "NuSphere Support" that will lead you to a "Technical Support Email Form", fill it out and send it, you will get an auto-reply to confirm that your message has been received, with a ticket number, saying that they will try to respond your request within 24 hours.

It's been over a week for me now, no response from NuSphere whatsoever. A loyal customer for YEARS, and I don't receive a email reply, etc. What's up here?

Did you receive them?
Seems you did, because you replied on Oct 3 and below is your reply:
Quote: | Hello Support,
Since you apparently don't support multiple email subscriptions
for users in the single user profile, I have changed the contact
email to *******@*******.com, which automatically forwards all
correspondence to ********@*******.net">*******@*******.net and *********@bellsouth.net.
Could you please send a test email to nusphere@r*******.com from your email server.

Please let me know if there is any problem remained.
