why I do not get response from your support?

I bought phped professional version, why I can not get support from nusphere?
when I ask a question from your site "contact me ", but there is no email to me ?
do you receive my email ? or you have no time to response?

You have to use the other form!!!, click on "My Account" link, in the main page, log-in with your customer user, once inside your control panel, in "NuSphere Links" click on "NuSphere Support" that will lead you to a "Technical Support Email Form", fill it out and send it, you will get an auto-reply to confirm that your message has been received, with a ticket number, saying that they will try to respond your request within 24 hours.

Our confirmation email might be recognized as a spam by your server. Check correponding folder to make sure the confirmation is there.
If nothing found, check your server logs. Some servers reject emails without any visible indications other than in the logs.
If you can't check logs, try another email.
NOTE: We always send confirmation emails within 15-20minutes.

It's been over a week for me now, no response from NuSphere whatsoever. A loyal customer for YEARS, and I don't receive a email reply, etc. What's up here?
