Where is the list of available plugins for phpEd?

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question, but I can't find any list of what plugins are available for phpEd, nor any general information on how to install plugins. I've Googled and searched the Nusphere site - thanks in advance for any help!

I'm not aware of there being any PhpED plugins. Last I heard, there was no published API for creating plugins, just scripts.

Thank you for explaining that. I thought I had seen references to a couple of specific plugins in the forums, which led me to assume there were more of them somewhere - but I must have misunderstood.
