Vista + Separate panels + Shadow

Is there any way at all to disable the drop shadow for the panels under vista (I have workspace etc in a separate window on my 2nd screen) without having to disable the entire Aero interface?
It's just that the shadow of the panels fall over the gutter of phped, which is kind of annoying.
