All of a sudden many keys have stopped working in the Windows PhpED build 5242 edition (licensed edition)

I can type text but the enter key and the arrow keys don't do anything at all, obviously this makes the IDE un-usable

I've uninstalled and re-installed (keeping personal settings) and it made no difference

Obviously too the keys work outside of phped because I'm typing this message

Anyone else had this or have a fix?


Otherwise I've been having a good time with the product
