F1 key opens up help on function

It would be really nice if pressing the F1 key would open up the php manual and take you to the function that your cursor is currently on.

For example, let's say you are using the htmlentities() function. There are three quote_style constants you can use for the second argument and 12 character sets you can use for the third argument. I often will forget how the constant or character set needs to be typed out, so it would be great if I could put my cursor inside the parens of htmlentities, hit the F1 key, and have the php manual open up directly to the page on that function.

If you place your cursor within the word htmlentities and press F1, the relevant page of the PHP manual will appear showing all options.
