Code templates panel/window

It would be very handy to made a separate window for instant accessing code templates for quick adding/managing/inserting pieces of code via drag-n-drop. Now it's not very user-friendly if you want quickly add a new block of code to templates.

I absolutely agree - this is essential for customisation. Also, I'd like to see shortcuts for code snippets Smile
